Thursday 22nd. Cooking with herbs & Lavender 0930am-2.00pm We start at 0930am to be ready to collect children after school. We explore the wonderful world of herbs. Start the day with lavender scones before we discover the difference between dried and fresh herbs with vegetables and poultry. Add some Asian flavour to lunch with prawns and taste salmon with honey and lavender. Finish the day with lavender and rosemary cookies. And yes!
