S'mores Grain-Free Chocolate Cake

Indulge in the rich flavors of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers with this gluten-free and grain-free S'mores Chocolate Cake. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the worry of gluten.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup marshmallows gluten-free

  • 1/4 cup crushed gluten-free graham crackers

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C


Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and line with parchment paper


In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, and salt


In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract


Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring until well combined


Fold in chocolate chips


Pour batter into the prepared cake pan


Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean


Remove cake from oven and sprinkle marshmallows and crushed graham crackers over the top


Return cake to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until marshmallows are lightly toasted


Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving
