Instructions:Preheat oven to 375F 190C In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef steak until browned Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened Season with salt and black pepper Slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise, but not all the way through, creating a pocket Place a slice of provolone cheese inside each roll pocket Stuff each roll with the cooked beef, onion, and pepper mixture Wrap each roll in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are heated through Serve hot and enjoy!
