The gingery steak and brie sliders with balsamic cranberry sauce taste great together. The gingery steak patties are juicy and full of flavor. The sweet and sour balsamic cranberry sauce and creamy Brie cheese go well with them. Great for a special event or a night of gourmet burgers! Ingredients:
Instructions:In a bowl, combine ground steak, breadcrumbs, minced onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper Mix well and form into 8 small burger patties Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat Grill the burger patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness While the sliders are cooking, in a saucepan, combine cranberries, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, water, Dijon mustard, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens Remove the sliders from the grill or pan and place a slice of Brie cheese on each patty Cover them with a lid or foil to allow the cheese to melt slightly Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a slider bun and spooning a generous amount of balsamic cranberry sauce on top Serve immediately and enjoy!
